New Referrals Page
Get improved visibility on your referrals.

Nodana's Referral program pays 25% of a new user's first payment directly to your Lightning address as soon as the invoice is settled which I think is pretty cool.

There is now a new Referrals page in the Account section for you to view all your earnings in the last 30 days giving you greater visibility on how many sats you've managed to stack.

Your can link directly to any page on Nodana (not just the homepage) like this https://nodana.io/services/phoenixd?r=12345

There are more changes planned in this area over the next few months too such as seeing referrals who have joined but not yet made a payment so keep an eye out for that.

Dec 2
Dedicated Notification Page
In-app notifications now have dedicated pages.

Nodana adds in-app notifications for users for balance and monitoring events but as they were all previously shown on a single page within a table the notifications had to be very short.

This new feature introduces a dedicated page for each notification so users can click on them and view the notification with rich text features including links, images and more. This allows for clearer communication and a better experience all round.

To take advantage of this new feature, all new users will get a welcome notification that helps them get started on Nodana.

Email Notifications
Users can now add an email address to receive notifications.

Email addresses have never been required on Nodana and that won't change. But until now there hasn't been an option to add one either. When running services on behalf of others, letting people know what's going on is very important. That's why Nodana now supports email notifications.

By adding a verified email address you can receive email notifications about your balance and services so that you don't miss a thing. More granular notifications will become available over time.

Now you can receive notifications in-app, over Nostr and via email.

Note: Your email address will only be used for notifications.
